Health first, Fitness second. 

How can you expect to get fit, if you’re not healthy? It would be like trying to drive a car with no tires. Even if you did manage to get going, how far did you actually get?

 

We begin by building a solid foundation of aerobic and strength training, eliminating weaknesses and strengthening not only the body, but more importantly, the mind.

 

Once your new baseline has been established, we move onto fitness specific training.

Try playing guitar with one hand tied behind your back. It's not completely impossible, but it is extremely difficult.
